Relying on its integrated and innovative advantages in the field of chemical fiber, Shenma Group began to research and develop the polymerization spinning and industrialization technology of para aramid fiber, and built a production line with an annual output of 500 tons of para aramid fiber. after 7 years of research and development, the group has successively invested more than 100 million yuan in research and development, breaking through the three key technologies of para aramid production - solvent recovery, low-temperature solution continuous polycondensation and dry wet spinning technology, and obtained 4 patents for such instruments invented by the state as early as more than 10 years ago. At present, the 1000 t/a pilot plant of the project has been in stable operation for more than three months due to the constant light, cheap and dynamic limit. The solvent recovery capacity basically meets the normal production demand of polymerization, the recovery rate reaches more than 96%, the spinning process is basically controllable, the ratio of resin to fiber (fiber forming rate) reaches more than 99%, and the barrel forming rate reaches 81.4%, realizing mass production
